My weekly post is about an article that I read this weekend because: Paul Watson is person who wants to save the ocean and stop illegal fishing in the oceans around the world and because I don't like the the entire thready of Costa Rica with Japan.
The article is about an interview that Paul Watson gave to the costarican newspaper La Nación about the situation that has being going on since last year when the enviormentalist was arrest in Germany because he was called to court in Costa Rica for trespassing private property of a costarican boat that was illegally fishing in Guatemalan waters. Now he is afraid of coming to Costa Rica because the Japan court will take him to Japan and never realise him because he has stopped many Japanese ship from killing big whales. Also he doesn't want to pay the costarican fishermen that he had the conflict with, 11 years ago, because he doesn't think that giving money to criminal is the right thing to do.
I shared this with my class in science yesterday and may of them didn't know anything about this, however something that grabbed my attention was that some people didn't think that Watson was a good person for the ways he used to stop the illegal fishing.
I have think he a good person for saving the oceans, but I don't like the ways that he uses to stop the fishermen. What's your opinion?

Mi post de esta semana es a cerca de un articulo que leí durante el fin de semana porque creo que Paul Watson es una persona que quiere salvar los océanos al aparar la pesca ilegal de muchas especias y porque no me gusta el trato que tiene Costa Rica con Japón.
El articulo es una entrevista que se le realizó a Waston por el periódico costarricense La Nación a cerca de su arresto que ocurrió el año pasado en Alemania cuando Costa Rica lo llamó a corte por un incidente que ocurrió en el 2002 entre el y unos pesqueros costaricense. Los pescadores estaban en aguas guatemaltecas realizando el aleteo de tiburón ilegalmente Ahora el ambientalista teme venir al país porque cuando venga Japón se lo llevar a la cárcel en Japón ya que el ha tenido varios conflictos con tribulaciones japonesas a través de los años. Además en Costa Rica el tendrá que pagarle a los pescadores por los daños y Watson no lo quiere hacer porque el piensa que está mal pegarle a criminales.
Algo que me llamó la atención fue que ayer en clases de ciencias compartí esta noticia con mi clase y casi nadie sabía a cerca de eso, lo cual me sorprendió. Además cuando lo estábamos comentando alguien dijo que no pensaba que Watson era una buen persona por su modo de detener a los pescadores ilegales lo cual estoy de acuerdo pero para mí el es más un héroe de la vida marina.
¿Qué piensan a cerca de esto?

I had not commented on this before but I did want to say that I think that Paul Watson is doing a good job getting out there and protecting the ocean. We have sold his Sea Shepard merchandise in our store. :)
